Swedish style massages are a classic full-body therapeutic technique designed to promote relation, increase circulation, and ease muscle tension. Using unscented coconut oil, I apply 5 core techniques applying light to firm pressure.
I use this technique during both types of massage.
Classic - 55 for 30-40 min and 90 for 60-70 min
