Dominion & Grimm wood fired evaporator - 4’x14’. Good for 700-2000+ taps. 8” raised flue pan (4’x10’) and three finishing pans (2’x4’), one is a spare. Has a steam hood and sap preheater. Auto floats are functional. Steam stack in perfect shape. Fire stack is good, except the cap has some minor wind damage. New fire grates this year. Fire brick should be reusable. Located in Quinte West. Price is firm.
